Infinite Has Won the Royal Mint Net Zero Supplier Award

The Royal Mint Supplier Workshop & Recognition Awards 2024 has recognised the huge contribution that Infinite Renewables has made to enable it to reduce its greenhouse gas emissions by 54%.

The multi-technology Local Energy Centre (LEC) supplied by Infinite has been integral to helping The Royal Mint decarbonise its own operations, and specifically in reducing its Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. Measured against a baseline year of FY21/22, emissions from on-site energy use had reduced by 54% at the end of FY23/24. This achievement is primarily due to the generation of renewable and lower carbon electricity from the LEC.
